      Press ON/OFF button.Current temperature will be display and the unit is ready to use.

      The temperature unit can be changed from F to C by pressing the F/C button.

      From Norml mode,press the MODE button once.

      HOLD will appear on the display.To return to normal mode,press MODE button twice.MAX will appear on the display.Press once more to recall the lowest temperature.MIN will appear on the display.Press once more to return to Normal mode.

      To reset the highest or lowest temperature,press the MODE button for three seconds while in MAX or MIN mode respecitively.the record is clear when---replace the temperature reading.Return to Normal mode.
