       This stainless steel insole  for safety shoes are up to standards of EN and CSA. we can produce all size of steel plate according to client's request.

      1.       penetration resistance for peetration insert (BS EN12568:1998,10mm/min):

      size 9    1143N, requirment :min1100N

      2.       flexing resistance for steel insole(BS EN12568:1998)

           No crack after 1X106  flexes

           Requirment:No crack after 1X106  flexes

      3.       corrosion resostance of metal penetration insert (BS EN12568:1998,1%salt solution ,48Hours)

      No corrosion

      Requirment:they shall exhibit no more than five areas of corrosion ,none of which shall exceed 2.5mm2  in area
