With its brushed finish, straight lines and stainless steel and glass lids, these pans have a very professional elegant feel to it. These pans are gas, electric, halogen, induction, oven and dishwasher safe.

1.      Material: body:#201 stainless steel ,thickness 0.57~0.6 mm; bottom: 0.5mm Alu + 1.5mm Iron+0.5mm Alu , #430 capsulated(0.4mm)(or as per customer's requirement); bottom marks available; Lid: clear glass. Its special 3-layer construction ensures an even and efficient spread of heat throughout the entire body of each pan preventing hot spots during cooking. A core of aluminum is sandwiched between 2 layers of premium grade stainless steel cleverly combining the cooking benefits of both materials. The aluminum stretches from base to rim, meaning heat spreads evenly and gently throughout the entire pan - not just the base. They have slip free, safely grip stay cool handles that have been riveted for added strength.

2.      The interior of each pan has a Ti Titanium coating on interior grooves, which is the most advanced non-stick formula available today. The hi-low interior groove system not only gives a high resistance to abrasion but requires very little or no oil, making for healthier cooking.

3.      Each pan comes with a vented, toughened glass lid and has phenolic handles and knobs.
