Directions

Simply open the outer package,remove heat pack and expose the heat pack to air.

Remove the paper back and adhere the patch to the outside of your underclothes.

Do not place adhesive side directly to the skin.Personal heat patch will warm gradually;warmth will last up to 12 hours.
