Function test

1. Pull out crown and rotate it to adjust the minute hand for 360 degrees clockwise and then 360 degrees anticlockwise, Push back the crown as one cycle. After 20 cycles, no damage or function failure allowed.
2. Pull out the crown and set time at 12 o’clock. Rotate the minute hand clockwise for 12 rotations. Then rotate the minute hand anticlockwise for another 12 rotations. Hour hand must be able to return to its original position. No damage and function failure allowed.
3. Pull out the crown and set time at 6 o’clock. When hour needle points to 6, the minute needle must points between 11 to 1. No function failure allowed.
4. To open/close the watchband clasp properly 10 times, No             damage or function failure allowed.
5. Interchange the bracelets for 10 times. No damage or function failure allowed.
6. Wear the product on wrist properly, no uncomfortable feeling allowed.

Life test / bracelet clasp

Open/Close the clasp properly 200 times, no damage or function failure allowed.

Life test / Crown

Pull out crown and rotate it to adjust the minute hand for 360 degrees clockwise and then 360 degrees anticlockwise, Push back the crown as one cycle. After 200 cycles, no damage or function failure allowed.

Pull test / bracelet

The watchband should withstand 5lbs x 10s pulling force, No damage or function failure issue allowed.

Bare drop test

Drop the product on wooden floor from 90cm height x 3 times.

No stone peel off, function failure or other damage allowed 

Time accuracy

Quartz watch

Time accuracy not larger than +/- 30 Seconds/Month

Battery life 

Support over 18 months (Vendor provide report for reference).

Salty spray test/ Metal parts

Per ASTM B117, acceptable level to be determined with AE after test.
