Operation steps:

Get ready

For HP cartridges, push the hole plug on the top of the cartridge inside by pin.

For Lexmark black cartridges, use drill to enlarge the refill hole.

For Lexmark color cartridges, use utility knife or specific tool to open the cartridge cover.

Attention: Make sue the White rubber pad is inserted for HP cartridges, and the RED on for Lexmark cartridges. The Blue plastic hook is to be released for inserting Lexmark cartridges.

Insert Inkjet Cartridge

Insert the nozzle part of the cartridge into the refill clip and push the top of the cartridge all the way in until you hear it “clicking” into place.

Refill Ink

Insert the injection needle deep into the injection inlet. Pull up about 5mm and slowing inject around 15-30ml of ink.

Warning: The ink volume specified above is for a completely empty cartridges.

Completely close the injection inlet for HP cartridge after ink injection.

Stabilize Internal Pressure

Connect the syringe to the rubber hole of the refill clip, and slowly suck out internal air until 1ml of ink is filled in the syringe.

Remove the cartridge from the refill clip and clean the excessive ink around the nozzle, dabbing the nozzle part on soft tissue.

Reseal the cartridge cover for Lexmark Color cartridge with tape. Install the cartridge into the printer, and run “head cleaning” process before use.
