how to use:

1.xharge:approx.12hrs in full sun to get a full charge froom depletion ,also .approx

5 hours from a computer.be sure to move the swithc tab to in when charging the battery built-in.please aim the solar panel to the sun as much as possible ,securing the best charging resuilt.

2.discharging:connect the USB cable to the charger and switch to out.connect appropriate adapter to the 

other end of the USB cable charge takes place.

3.Notes to the 3-way switch:

Move to out to charge cell phones and move to in to charge the bulit-in battery.Remail in middle,ererything is off,I.E.,no electricity goes in/out.
