1. Things before your order

• Patterns: Most of our patterns are listed on our website, we commonly update our website once a week to show you our latest patterns, but we can send you Email Feeds including some of our newest and featured patterns with quotes, if you need.
• Samples: We supply free samples of our own patterns, but if you want your patterns/models be produced you need to pay the print-making cost. Usually your sample will be finished in a single week, but it depends on how busy our factory is.
• Payment: Both L/C at sight and T/T with deposit acceptable.
• Price: The price we offer you is calculated carefully and responsibly, may be we could not promise you the lowest price, but please trust us, that it is sure we will supply you the best products and services we can offer.

2. While Manufacturing

• Each of your order will be arranged and traced by our experienced staff, all procedure monitored carefully.
• Each pattern will be produced by the same work group, thus your goods will be produced exclusively to avoid any quality risk.
• We check our products in processing step by step, we are able to correct any mistake at the beginning.
