I.Main material of product:

PVC, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricating agent, filling agent

II.Technology standard:

1,Outward appearance: smooth surface, even thickness, no obvious spot, no oil stains, impurity, folding marking, complied with Rohs detetion limit.

2,Shrinking ratio:

Heated in 100 degree, the traverse shrinking ratio 48%~50%, and the longitudinal 10%~15%.       3,Toughness:

After packed shrinking, the products fall from 1 meter high place to cement floor three times in traverse and longitudinal direction, but no rending phenomenon.

4,Color:

After packed shrinking, when stored in 30 degree, no color change phenomenon such as color fading, discoloration.

5,Linear measure:

The linear measure of 1 meter long shrinkable tube is 2 mm or shorter than 2 mm.

6,The absorption ratio is 0.5% or lower than 0.5%.

7,Natural shrinking ratio:

When stored in below 30 degree, the ratio is 0.5% or lower than 0.5%.
