1) Material: 100% certified organic cotton  The organic cotton fiber is from Xinjiang Province in China. It grows without any pesticide and chemical manure. So it is eco-friendly material without bad effect on skin and very suitable for baby romper. We have got the certifications such as GOTS, OCIA, IMO, NOP(USA), OE-100. You can check with me any time.

2) Fabric Weight: 160-220GSM.

3) Color: Color swatch or according to pantone color code. Available in various colors. 

4) Size: One month to three years. As customers requirement.

5) Printing: Silkscreen printing, ordinary offset printing, water printing and digital printing with green dye. The process has received certifications such as SGS and STC.

6) Detail for major lable, hangtag, wash and content lable, size lable, please provide content for us.

7) Sample Policy: We could provide free sample most of the time. If it is digital printing, custom-built printing fabric, custom-built blends rate fabric, and pointed color, then a certain set up fee will be charged. But the fees will be deducted from the first order.

8) Sample time: Sample is available within 7 business days. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs.

9) LOGO Format: AI file, PDF file or PSD file is available.

The difference between organic cotton and general cotton:

1) General cotton

The traditional cotton dyeing embedded with innumerable hazardous chemicals and pesticides pose a serious threat to the human skin and environment. A liberal use of dangerous chemicals in the textile industry leads to severe health problems that affects the nervous system. 

2) Organic cotton 

Organic cotton prohibits the use of such chemicals, with a gentle attitude towards environment and skin. The word 'organic' denotes agricultural products that uses no synthetic chemicals or pesticides. Herbal dyeing is famous for its eco friendly and herbs integrated in a fabric. In this process, natural textiles are dyed with herbs like turmeric, henna, aloe vera, harda, indigo, onions, minerals, etc. In the whole process, no chemicals are used. 

The textiles are 100% safe and 100% chemical free.
