Shipment 

The products will be shipped by UPS/DHL/FEDEX it will take 4-5 work days for delivery.

Return/Warranty

No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange

Exchange provided for the defective items within 1 month since delivered date;

All items required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us in the original package with no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after getting the returned item;

Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date;

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges;

All unauthorized returns will not be accepted;

If you find any defect of the goods , Please follow below return procedures to ask exchange;

  1. Email to us to get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please include the item number on the email.
