1. Usage

-Put it into refrigerator or freezer for cold use.

Used as fever compress and for minor bumps, bruises, scrapes, headaches, toothaches, minor burns, insect bite, muscle aches, strains, sprains and for emergency care.

-Put it into hot water or Microwave oven for hot use.

Use the warmed-up gel pack to soothe common problems that are known to benefit from a close proximity of heat,such as arthritis,rheumatism,aches and pains,menstrual cramps, stress,tension or cold hands and feet,ramps,stress,tension or cold hands and feet.it is also used to accelerate blood circulation.
