i do offer a refund if items are returned to me within 14 days, however i do not refund postage costs unless the item is defective or i have sent the wrong item by mistake.

i am lenient with payment, however i would like some communication from you letting me know when you are planning to pay.  i understand that things come up and there are all sorts of problems facing us in life, but if i haven't heard from you by a week after purchase, i will send you a payment reminder.  if i still haven't heard from you after another week i will call a dispute to retrieve my fees and re-list the item.
