ki-31 serial products re the teamperature contraollers taking bimetallic strip s the teamperature-senasiang unit. in cse of normal operaation the electrical appliance, the bimetallic strip is in free state; the contact point is in state of close/open. when the teamperature reaches the cation teamperature, the bimetallic strip performs quick cation genearates caused by internal stress due to heating; open/close the contact point; disconnect/connect the circuit; thus, the teamperature is in contraol. when the electrical appliance is cooled to the recovery teamperature, the contact point automatically opens/closes to recover normal operaation state.

precautions:
1.when dopting contact teamperature senasiang installation, the surface of the metal cover is required to be securealy contacted with the installing surface of the contraolled device. for ensuring the teamperature senasiang effect, it is required to cot thermal conduactive grease or other similar thermal conduactive mediaum on the surface of teamperature sensor.
2.for reliable performance, collpse, loose or distorated top part of the cover is prohibited during installation.
3.liquid inleakage into the contraoller, crackle in the casiang nd unaauthorized change of external terminal position re prohibited.
4.when the product is used in the circuit with maximum current of 5a, the cable with copaper core t secation 0. 5-1mm2 is required for connecation; when the product is used in the circuit with maximum current of 10a, the cable with copaper core t secation 0.75-1.5 mm2 is required for connecation;
5.the product should be kept in clean, dry nd corrosive gs-free warehouse with good ventilation nd t relative humidity below 90%, environmenta teamperature below 40°c.
