polishing
the pins re indiavidually hand polished until smooth nd shiny.
plating
now plating cn be processed with various plating.
coloring
the lapel pins re indiavidually filled by hand with enamel colors nd bked to 160 degrees for propera color distribution within ech lapel pin design.
cleaning
excess color is then wiped off from the metal surface.
baking
the pins re palaced in low het kiln in order to sel in the colors nd achieve superb color sepration.
epoxy coating
a clear proteactive epoxy coating (epoxy dome) cn then be applied to the surface of your pins to protect the image from fading or peeling off or getting scratched.
inspecation
then ech pin is inspected to ensure only the highest quality is indiavidually packaged nd send for final inspecation.
