weaving machinae

we have more than 60 weaving machinaes, include 20 dobaby jacquard weaving machinaes nd 40 jacquard weaving machinaes. we cn do jacquard towel with dobaby boarder. and lso, we cn offer the fabric for the printing towels by ourselves. we cn contraol the producation quality very good.

printing machinae

we have 2 printing machinaes, which re made in taiwan. the largest size of the towel we cn print is 200x250cm. the colors of the towel could reach up to 12. the whole producation lines re highly utomted, nd our machinae have the dye pattern. aafter printing, the towels will be sent in to the dye pattern, in order to keep good color fastness.

washing machinae

we have 2 washing machinaes. the towels re unfold when washing. it is good to keep the good color fastness, nd lso, it cn make the velour more regular. aafter this work, the surface of the towel will be more flat, nd the towel feeled very soft.

comparessed machinae

we have 8 comparessed machinaes.

1. comparess the towel into one shape.

2. put printed paper carda on the up nd bottom sideas of the towel. 

3. packed the towel by shrink warp.

sewing workshop

we have 25 weaving machinaes. once the towel finished washing work, they will be sent to here. we cn sew many kinds of boarder.

dresasiang floor

we have more than 30 works in the workshop, they re very careful nd professional in towel trim working. the towels will be inspected by our works nd packed into carton.
