25-pair Communication Cable Connecting Module

25-pair Communication Cable Connecting Module is used to connect 28-20AWG all plastic communication cables (diameter 0.32 « 0.80mm) through direct connection, bridge connection and multiple connection. It is widely used in communication circuit.

1. he contact is designed into tuning fork type and sheet joint so that connection will not be hampered.

2.irect connection, bridge connection and multiple connection can all be adopted. You do not bother to peel the protection coat and just use simple tool to have one time forming. The contact is sealed with organosilicon grease, proof against water and corrosion.

3.28-20AWG(diameter 0.32«0.80mm) insulative solid copper and all plastic communication cables can be connected.

5.Insulation resistance: insulation resistance between any two terminals ≥1 x 10⁴MΩ¸ (normal temperature and normal humidity)

6.ontact resistance: contact resistance between connection card and leading line ≤5 mΩ¸

7.ielectric strength: exert 2000 V DC (or AC 1400V) voltage between metal lead and insulative cover of the connected module, no damage to the module and no spark breakdown within 1 min.
