      JH-2123 is a pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive designed for plastic floor.

       

      With balanced performance in tack, good viscosity, holding power  and peel strength,  it can bond  many kinds of substrates such as plastics paper, metal, cloth and so on.

       

      Composition:         Thermoplastic rubber and synthetic resins         

      Toxicity:                  None

      Brookfield viscosity:      

                  175°C--------------------11000  Cps

      Holding power (1000 g, 1 inch2, 23ºC):  more than100hours

      180°peel strength to steel: > 22N/inch

      Softening point: 130 ºC

      Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes

      Application methods:  slot or roller

      Recommended application temperature: 160~180 ºC

      Shelf Life: 1 Years in dry and cool environment                 

      Packaging: 25 Kgs /box, cakes wrapped with release paper
