1. Cells:
We buy top quality cells ONLY.
100% A graded cells, 17.5% exchange rate, no B graded cells.
2. Grading Cells
We test all cells and grade them into different batches according to their appearance and electricity performance.
3. Cutting Cells (for PV module with special requirement):
Cells need to be cut to fit the customer's special dimension requirement.
We use laser cutting machine to make accurate size with perfect rim.
4. Soldering Cells:
Cells will be wired together to reach the specifications customers need again,
semi-automatic line will be used.
5. Laminating:
In this step cells will be encapsulated in silicone between a sheet of glass and TPT film.
Full automatic laminating machines are used to ensure top quality PV module

6. Testing:
We check, check, check and check. Quadruple-checking system, makes sure all panels are at perfect working condition.

7. Packing and Shipping
