Payment:
1. We accept Escrow, Credit Card, Western Union and T/T for payment.
2. Please make the payment within 3 days after order confirmation.

Shipment:
1. We mainly use EMS and DHL for shipping which will enable buyers to get the products fast. If the above shipping company cannot reach your city, please contact us to adjust the shipping method which may cost extra fee.
2. Please check your Address carefully to ensure it is correct.
3. Instruction: the weight and size we marked in the package details is not that exact of the real products. If you want to know the actual weight and size, please contact us freely.
4. Delivery time:
1) Delivery time depends on destination.

We will check the goods quality before shipping. If there are any unexpected problem, we hope to solve the problems with buyer through mediation by following ways:
1 If it is quality problem, buyer can submit argue within 5 days after receiving the goods, buyer must provide photos or video and other files as evidence.
2 Artificial damaged, buyers shall take full responsibility.
3 Product quality processing program:
1) The buyer return the goods to us and be responsible for return shipping costs; after we receive the goods ,we will send a new product to buyer and pay for the resend shipping cost.

Making sample Fee:

1.We can make sample for you ,but we need to collect small amount of sample fee.

Sample fee=Prodction price *1.1

Such as this cowboy hat ,we sell it at USD2.8,if you want sample ,we just collect USD2.8*1.1=USD3.08 ,You can at most make 2 samples,it is very reasonable .

2.We 'd like to make sample for our customers.for the freight ,it would be ok for you to accept freight collect or freight prepaid.
