To fill brush:
-Hold white collar of the brush with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the clear base of the brush and gently pull down.
-Twist clear base counterclockwise to remove.
-Using included scoop, place your own loose powder into the container, filling no higher than the ridges near the top.
-Turning clockwise, screw container back into collar of the brush.
