1. Bend the metal plate,the liquid will become crystal and heat automatically.For next using,only need to put it in a boiler full of water with a cloth and heat until the crystal become into liquid (about five minutes).

TO USE:

1. Flex metal disc back and forth till liquid change into crystals.

2. Knead pack to soften.(If the temperature is too high,wrap a thin towel around the heat pack before using.)

TO PREPARE FOR NEXT USE:

1. Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water.Continue boiling for approximately 5 minutes or until the crystals are completely liquid.

2. When the pack cools down,it is ready to be used again.
