PRODUCT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.SAMPLE TERMS

For fresh clients,we charge the cost of samples,but the charge will be feedback into the coming orders,for old customers,we supply free samples,we supply ODM services,we can make samples as per customers's specification.

2.PRICE TERMS

FOB Shanghai or Ningbo.

3.PAYMENT TERMS

(1)T/T ,West Union ,L/C,but T/T is preferred,

(2)30% deposit of the total payment when confirming the order,

the balance 70% before shipment.

4.MOQ

Usually,50dozen per style per color

5.SAMPLE TIME

Usually,we can finish sample-making within 10 days

6.DELIVER TIME

Usually,we can finish massive production within 25-35 days,

but the time for sample-confirmation is not included.

7.PACKING:

1).if no special request,we will use normal packing,

1 opp bag for each product,then 12 pcs to one bigger opp bag.

2).if need special packing or carding ,please list them in your E-mail.

We would like to make the customer wanted packing.

3).We will use safety foam in the CTN to protect products,in order to avoid any damage in delivery.
