Epoxy-Polyester Powder Coating powder-JC200 series products mainly composed by

epoxy and polyester as hardneners, used in indoor applications.

JC200 series have various color, glossy & surface conditions to meet customer

requirements.

Application Areas:

Indoor Metel Furnitures and Fixtures, Domestic Appliances, Industrial Equipments,

Sports Equipments, Toys, Hardwares, Machinery, Shelves, Lighting Equipment,

Wire Work, Heating Radiators, Wheel Rims(as primer), hand tools, etc.

Note of Pretreatment: All the steel substrate should be degreased, the ferrous

metals should be zinc or iron phosphating, aluminum recommended

chromating, to improve corrosion resistance.

JC200 series coating powder can be coated by manual or auto electrostatic spray guns.

(or a tribostatic process as for option). it can be cycle used with a proper recycle

system.
