Epoxy Powder Coating

Description

Epoxy powder coating offer a wide range of properties. Typical characteristics include excellent flexibility and adhesion, combined with excellent chemical resistance. These products are generally used in applications where specific qualities are needed such as high pencil hardness, excellent chemical resistanc, or in low cure / fast cure situations.

Application

Store shelving and racking, office furniture, laboratory fixtures, and automotive underhood and underbody parts. It is recommended only for interior applications.

Specific gravity: 1.1~1.8g/cm³ (varied with different color and gloss)

Particle size: average 10~38um, proportion 10~84um > 90%, it can be adjusted if special requirement is put forward to us in advance.

Curing temperature

Standard type: 180°c/15 minutes

Or 160°c/20 minutes, 200°c/10 minutes if customer require

Carton packing with liner of double polyethylene bags, Net weight 20kg each.

Storage and shippment

The product must be stored in ventilated, dry and clean room with temperature below 25°c, Keep it away from fire, heat,and direct sunlight. Outdoor stacking is prohibited. Avoid rains and exposure to sunshine during shipment. The period of validity is 6 month under above condition. Expired products can not be used unless re-testing result meets the utilization standards.

Health and safety

There are no hazardous ingredients contained. Wearing anti-dust mask and goggles to avoid inhalation of dust. Try best to avoid longtime contact with powder. The coating adhesive to the skin can be washed with soap.
