1) Whole process is done in house including:CNC machine center, EDM (electro-discharge machining), Wire cutting machines, Milling machine, Grinding machine, Lathe, Drill press, Assembly line;

2) Molds, plastic parts, metal parts and various kinds of assemblies are available for electronics, automotive and other applications;

3) Uses own mold shop to make quality toolings and have an annual capacity of 300 to 500 sets of toolings;

4) Materials: aluminum, zinc, metal, ABS, PP, POM, HDPE, PVC, HIPS, TPR, TPU, PA + glass fiber or any specific materials of high temperature endurance, high hardness are available upon customer's request;

5) Flexible surface finish: painting, powder coating, electro-plating, oxidization, screen printing and different textures are available;

6) Can offer total solution starting from customer's idea to complete product with strong in-house production/assembly and outsourcing program;

7) Can offer engineer consultation to customized designs for production improvement and cost saving.
