Prototype empolder:
KCM prototype Dept. has more than 50 3D sculpt& function designer, and prototype dept. can develop the prototype according to an idea or a plan picture, and the prototype can be used on opening the mould& mass production, and the prototype time normally would me 1 to 2 week.
Engineer:
KCM has 50 professional mould designers & 40 item (update the mould ) engineers. The one-up software of CAD/ACM is used by KCM team. KCM item engineers will have their focus from the 3D design of each product and mould& assembly design& mechanism action design& mould design& mould making& mould improving and we also will keep in touch with our clients betimes.

1. Mould Production:
KCM Mould workshop has about 350 workers and there are some large-scale machines in KCM workshop and KCM can produce 1500MM big size mould, and KCM can make about 400 set moulds monthly and mould time is about 4 weeks to 7weeks.

2. Quality:
KCM has perfect quality checking equipment& select high quality steels & reasonable design &advanced process technics. KCM assure the precision & quality of the mould and keep the mould life above 5000000 shoots but the inject cycle has 10%~15% less than others.

KCM has 23 years experience on plastic mould making and design and so does a good command on plastic product injection& mass production& package & transit& the safety standard of many countries.
