Changable slides :

1.Each insert is labeld with "R" for rignt or "L" for left.

2.Fold both temples in and with slight thumb pressure slide the insets out.

3.To put a new insert in, check the printing on the back of the insert and slide the appropriate insert all the way in.

4.Unfold the temple to lock the inserts into place.
