Order Guidelines

1.Sample Policy

1/1. Free samples (If we have stock in hand and the total sample cost is less than USD$10) can be sent if you agree that the express fee is for your account.

1/2. If you have original samples to send us, we will pay for the express charges after making the counter samples for your order confirmation. But necessary charge (mainly refer to the plate-making) for making counter sample is for your account, it is refundable when your order quantity comes to a definite number.

2.Minimum Order Quantity

2/1. Please confirm the order quantity when you make the order. MOQ can be less to 1 carton if we have stock in hand or you don't have special requirement on the product.

2/2. MOQ would be confirmed if you want to produce as your requirements.

3. Customized Package

3/1. Please let us know if you want the products in a customized package. The related charges are for your account.

3/2. Our design team can help working with you to design a wonderful package for your product to promote your sales.

4. Delivery time

4/1. In general, our delivery time is 20 days after receiving your deposit.

4/2. Please negotiate with us to work out the proper time if you need the order urgently.

5. Payment Term

5/1. For the first deal, our payment term is that 30% is prepaid in advance and the rest 70% is paid before shipping.

5/2. Please make sure that your money must be paid to our company bank account or private bank account with our corporate seal; otherwise we are not subject to the contract by the name of our company.

6. Cargo Shipping

6/1. We would discuss with you to make sure that your order is shipped in the most appropriate and effective way. The way of shipment would depend on your order quantity, economy, urgency and other conditions.

6/2. LCL, FCL, Airline, Express are available for your choices.
