Polyurethane costmetic sponge with various of pore size (10~60ppi) and different color.The Polyurethane foam sponge is made from the soft sponge by open cells processing.The porosity up to 97% after open cells processing,and the processed product features excellent air permeability, good flexibility and high mechanical strength. The foam sponge as the filter material can effectively filter particles with the diameter of 15um due to its low flow resistance and high efficiency filtering. Using the filtering foam sponge as the supporters can produce many new-type functional materials, like foam ceramic filter,foam metal filter,foam with activated carbon filter,foam with photo catalyst filter,antimicrobial foam filter etc. In addition, It can be made flame-proof filter material.such kind of foam sponge filter is easy to clean and can be repeated use. It is a kind of multi-

functional and economical filter material.

It has passed the EU standard ROSH certificate and the UK 117 Fire Retardant Grade. they can be made according to customers' requirements.
