Genuine Chamois Leather is a unique and natural product. It is made from selected sheepskin or lambskin, 100% cod oil tanned to give the luxurious, golden, soft finish that can absorb six times its weight of water. Typically chamois leather is used to dry off surfaces after washing; this is due to the absorbency and softness of the leather. And because of the fibrous structure of chamois leather, harmful grit and dirt can easily be taken in. The particles are held within the hollow fiber of the leather, reducing the risk of expensive scratches on the surfaces. So it is widely used in cleaning and wiping cars, windows, eyeglasses, lenses, monitors, instrument, furniture, plus many other everyday and professional items.

1) Before use rinse the chamois in clean water, and wring out. The chamois needs to be damp, yet not wet to work.

2) Use damp chamois to wipe the area you have already washed. Repeat squeezing and wiping until the area is dry.

3) After use, wash the chamois in lukewarm water with a mild non-alkali soap, leaving a little soap in the chamois. Wring out excess water, stretch and dry away from direct sunlight and heat. Take care not to over dry.
