usage:

use s the fairst time:

1.hold the bg with one hand while press the hot button disc several times inside the bg with the pollex nd forefinger of your nother hand . the liquid shall turn to solid nd release het soon.

3.put the bg on the face where you need when its hot

use s the second or more times

the bg shall turn cold after you make use of it for about 45 minutes . you should het it in the boiled water for 3 minutes with cotton cloth or towel enwrapped. you cn use it again after it turn to liquid. be cre of scald. of course ,we cn put it into microwave(in containear completely with water would be better), heating it t mediaum het for 40 seconds.
