JOY: There will be finished more than 100000pcs in one work day,we have TWO sets of full-color printers,ONE sets of 6-colors printer,THREE sets of 2-colors,THREE sets of screen printer,and have more than TEN sets of other machines.we have 20 professional senior technical people and about 50 ordinary technicians. Our products have passed the SGS International Certification, EN71 Certification, CTI, ASTM and so on,guarantee for two years,one year for using outside,have enjoyed high reputation from our customers.

3. We would like to know the sample time ,sample cost and production time?

JOY: Usually,we offer free sample, it will be finished within 3 work days. Our common production time should be 7 work days! But if the order is in urgent,we can adjust the time and make it in 5 work days!

4. What's the specification about our logo?

JOY: Our maximal producing size:2m*1.5m, minimal producing size :0.5cm*0.5cm,it almost can be producted in this range.

5. How about your production process?

JOY: Our production process is as following below,you can have a ref.: design—film and mould---print--die cut---inspection---packing--ship

6. Can we print the logo sticker in our own design? And how many color I can print?

JOY: Yes, of course, we are pleased to design products which belongs to our customers themselves. We can print 6-colors in one time,generally,it should be printing CMYK color,or PMS color.

7. What materials of stickers do you provide?

JOY: Such as: Adhesive gloss paper or adhesive synthetic paper, PVC/PET/Vinyl, for the PVC,there are two kinds on it:white and transparent(clear)material;it is a kind of high-molecular material which is eco-friendly, non-toxic, waterproof, wear-resisting, bear the tear, and have tested by SGS international certification and EN71 certification;

8. We would like our sticker can suffer from sun, rain,permanent paste in out door,do you have some good advice for us?

JOY: If you would like to used the sticker in outdoor,it must not only need waterproof and anti-UV, but also choose the strong glue in avoid to peel off. And our products is based on waterproof,which cover the glossy lamination,so that it can protect the printing surface from Bad weather,the color and shine; our sticker us used the senior ink can reach the effect of anti-UV.

9. Can you provide the removable stickers? We would like the sticker that can sticky when we peel it off.

JOY: Yes,of course,the removable stickers are our main products too.we can choose all kinds of glue based on products where need be sticked ^-^

10. What's your generally shipment term?

JOY: The shipment should be based on the request of customers,which is convenient for you; We usually supply DHL for small orders,and ocean shipping, air-express for large orders. 1. Make the location of car body which needs to be pasted with car stickers clean and dry.

2. Tear off the transferring film(the car sticker is pasted on the transparent transferring film) together with car sticker, while sticking the car sticker to the car body carefully and slowly with the help of tool to make it smooth and peeling off the paper under it.

Usage guide

1. Make the location of car body which needs to be pasted with car stickers clean and dry.

2. Tear off the transferring film(the car sticker is pasted on the transparent transferring film) together with car sticker, while sticking the car sticker to the car body carefully and slowly with the help of tool to make it smooth and peeling off the paper under it.

3. If the length and width of the car sticker are less than 10cm, you can also tear off the transferring film and the sticker firstly, and then stick them on the car body. But be careful not to make dust from the ground adhered to the car sticker.

4. Scrap on the transferring film repeatedly with a clean cloth or card(such as telephone or credit card)until there is no air bubbles inside the car sticker. And then peel off the transferring film. We don't suggest you wash the car or make it exposure under sun within 24 hours.
