(Usage)

Paste a chemical indicator tape of 5-6cm onto the sealing site of the articles pack (or container) by cross-tangled above 2 cycles for the purposes of fixing and bandaging. If fixing and bandaging are unnecessary, then the chemical indicator tape might be pasted onto an evident site for indicting what happens.

(Result Determination)

After one sterilization cycle, if the yellow stream turns to uniform black, it can be determined that this articles pack (or container) has been treated by sterilization.

1.Don’t paste the type onto the surface of metal, glass or other hard material which is easy to form condensed water; the heat-sensitive material contained in the chemical indicator tape may become inaccurate if it is wet.

(Performance Characteristics)

This product is made by printing steaks of indicator ink (yellow) onto one side of a special adhesive tape. After the internal temperature of the autoclave sterilizer reaches to the required temperature 121°C by application of saturated steam, the indicator streams turns black from original yellow in specified 20 minutes, and after the internal temperature of the autoclave sterilizer reaches to the required temperature 132°C by application of saturated steam, the indicator streams turns black from original yellow in specified 3 minutes, which means that the sterilization process fulfills the eligible requirement.

(Application Scope)

This product is intended to be pasted outside the articles pack or container to be sterilized and to be used for fixing articles pack or indicating whether the articles pack or container has been sterilized, thus to prevent mixing with other untreated articles pack or container.

(Usage)

Paste a chemical indicator tape of 5-6cm onto the sealing site of the articles pack (or container) by cross-tangled above 2 cycles for the purposes of fixing and bandaging. If fixing and bandaging are unnecessary, then the chemical indicator tape might be pasted onto an evident site for indicting what happens.

(Result Determination)

After one sterilization cycle, if the yellow stream turns to uniform black, it can be determined that this articles pack (or container) has been treated by sterilization.

(Notices)

1.Don’t paste the type onto the surface of metal, glass or other hard material which is easy to form condensed water; the heat-sensitive material contained in the chemical indicator tape may become inaccurate if it is wet.
